We are Property Peeps Group (PPG for short *wink*) and have been trading in property since 2019. Our goal is to help investors achieve the maximum with their finances and time.
As a growing organisation we are a friendly and interpersonal group offering a helping hand in matters that are property related.
We specialise in providing property solutions for landlords and tenants in which our focus is on Rent-to-Rents (R2Rs) around the Birmingham area. The group has been specifically involved in Rent-to-House of Multiple Occupation (R2HMOs) where we offer landlords guaranteed rent in exchange for renting their rooms to working professions and managing the property.

In addition, we are aware that the majority of individuals or groups aim to break into property but are uncertain on where to start. PPG offers packaged property investments to all to whoever is determined to supplement their financial needs.
